I uninstalled InCD. Now, Nero can access the drive, but when I use the disk that inCD formatted, it tells me that the disk has been written on and do I want it to erase it? If I say no, I can do nothing. I just said to go ahead and erase. We'll see what happens, but InCD is still not working.
