thasay -> STOP: Bad_Pool_Header when printing (1/11/2006 6:14:57 PM)

Windows server 2003 x64 gets a STOP: Bad_Pool_Header 0x000000c2... error when a print job is tried to a Windows Fax printer that came with the OS. I can't find anything on it. Can anyone HELP?

Hi and welcome...[;)]

You may try checking THIS PAGE and see if there is some solution for your problem...just scrool down to your STOP message (0x000000C2) and check it out...[:)]

From what i could read its either driver or software problem/fault...the solutions listed are mainly for WinXP but i guess it should work for you too, or at least give you some clue about what might be wrong...[;)]

Cya around....

SiliconFreak.

EDIT: Just wonder...do you have all the latest patches installed for your OS? Also try looking at printer manufacturers website if they provide some updates for their software/drivers (btw...I had almost the same problem when i installed my HP All-in-one device....and had to update software to make it work properly...so maybe you have similar problem!?

Good luck! [;)]
