Hi and welcome...[;)] You may try checking THIS PAGE and see if there is some solution for your problem...just scrool down to your STOP message (0x000000C2) and check it out...[:)] From what i could read its either driver or software problem/fault...the solutions listed are mainly for WinXP but i guess it should work for you too, or at least give you some clue about what might be wrong...[;)] Cya around.... SiliconFreak. EDIT: Just wonder...do you have all the latest patches installed for your OS? Also try looking at printer manufacturers website if they provide some updates for their software/drivers (btw...I had almost the same problem when i installed my HP All-in-one device....and had to update software to make it work properly...so maybe you have similar problem!?
