350W vs 520W? how about the Ampere at +3, +5, +12 etc? I think this is more importand.

I meant beside the voltage of 350 vs 520 ..
but more to the cables and such .. ATX 1 vs. ATX2 or EATX or Pure Power ATX ..
whats the difference ?
do I need to change my currant PSU ? Ive seen that some of the newer PSU has other cables than mine like for PCIe and SATA etc. do I need that ?
Im goin' to get a PCIe card .. is that mean I have to get a newer PSU ?

What connector has your board, 20pin or 24pin?
Don't spent extra money...get what you are planning to and if you'll notice any problems then go for a new one.
For PCIe there is no need for and extra cable since there are adaptors in the card's package.
SATA is the same, there are adaptor...
But don't forget if you have many components then you will need more Watts and Ampreres.

what things are you planning to have on your system?

about 4-5 80mm fans .. maybe another 120mm fan .. PCIe card (only 1 no SLI in mind) ..
1 HDD .. maybe add another 1 in the future ..
1 DVDRW .. 1 HSF for the cpu ..

thats all I think ...
