CoffeeNut -> Need .BUP and .IFO files for a DVD (6/8/2005 11:39:41 PM) I'm trying to create a DVD, but only have the .VOB files.  Is there some way I can create/generate the necessary .BUP and .IFO files to complete the DVD?

eleajar -> RE: Need .BUP and .IFO files for a DVD (6/9/2005 11:21:01 AM) there are several ways to do that... the easiest one is by using the TMPGEnc DVD Authoring... It creates the IFO files and all the menus you want, but you cannot add subtitles with this proggy A more "professional" way is to do it with IfoEdit, but you'll have to wonder around to find how to add the subs, cause there is a small back making the subs yellow (or green) and huge!!!

CoffeeNut -> RE: Need .BUP and .IFO files for a DVD (6/9/2005 12:51:44 PM) Thanks for the help.  However, TMPGEnc  will not read the .VOB files, or mpeg-2 files.  I also used IfoEdit, which should create the IFO files for valid VOB files.  Unfortunately, it does not find the VOB unit in my VOB files.  I have reposted this problem under CD/DVD Authoring  with a much more exact description of my problem.  I appreciate your help a great deal. --michael
