thanks for bugging me; i get a bit side-tracked with all this testing!
this error is replicable in MY windows 98
with Toshiba Sd-m1612(0),Pioneer dvrA04(2), Memorex 5224(3)
the numbers in parenthesis are the bus positions.
it occurs when multple packet-formated disks are inserted
simultaneously, mounted,unmounted, in different drives.
nero tech support told me to use the infotool
to run a "trace" and then submit it to them
they too don't respond about a masterlist of errors.
