ZubbaHoot -> BenQ Flash Tool working with win2k? (7/31/2003 11:39:50 PM)

hi,
i just tried to flash my BenQ 48x16x48 (CRW 4816P)
i currently got firmware version A.UZ, so i downloaded this one:

4816_AYZ.ZIP Size: 642 KB Version: A.YZ Modified: 19-03-2003
Zip file containing the upgrade program for
MS Windows98 / ME / 2000 / XP . Read the instructions inside .

FLASH TOOL 1.3 tells me:
DEVICE REVISION: A.UZ
STATUS Updating
Transfer Data to Device...
Check Sum Match [ F07B ]!!
but nothing else happened, so after one hour i killed it.
then i read the "instructions inside":

1. Executive the Flash Program on Win98/Me/2000/XP directly.
Attention !! .. This program canā#65533;#65533;t work under Win95 / NT !!

i'm using windows 2000 with sp2, the init screen of win2k says "based on NT technology"
so my question is:
anyone got a BenQ flashed successfully with win2k?
my guess is that this tool doesn't work with win2k.
