Alright, here we go...
Running XP Pro & nero incd 3.5.24
Can't complete a full format of any kind of CDRW.
Get error (0051-0003-000c-0000)...cant' complete, please reboot and try again...my ass I will.
Have two other XP Pro computers and they will ether do the same
or just get an error and have to close out.
Have turned off the Burning XP support and reloaded nero and cleared reg keys. Both CD's are on seperate IDE channels. No help.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take a look at the InCD troubleshooting guide:

http://www.cdrlabs.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=9572

and come back with more information.

Thanks,

I have read this trouble support thread.
However, it does not address the issure of not being able to complete a format.
I have a new Nec burner upgraded bios and have done everything beyond what all support from Nero has given me as well.
It stumps me that my other two will not complete a format ether.
No conflicing proccess running, or software installed as well.
In fact, one computer is a new XP Pro loaded with nothing on it outside of Microsoft bloatware

Thanks,
any other help?

Sorry, but things are not that simple.[:(][8D]

Your "can't complete a format" error could be due to several factors, none of which is obvious at first sight. We still know next to nothing about your system, burner and media. For instance, if you told us that Nero itself works with your burner and CD-RW media, this would make it less likely that you have a mismatch between your burner and media. In the same vain, saying that your XP Pro installation is fresh needn't mean much in practice, since experience shows that many users also install other favorite programs immediately, and some of these programs may interfere with the installation or later operations of InCD.

So if you are patient enough, please provide the information specified in section S18 of the InCD guide (by answering querries Q1 through Q12).
