i buy a benq 4816p cdrw and it work perfect until like a week, i install the new easy cd creator 6, and update the firmware, when i chek my previous version of firmware it was a.tz o something like that, and when i use the update of the oficcial page for my correct model, the update change te a.tz for a.yz, i dont really know if that was the beggining of my problems, because since like that the speed of burning its lower that than the normal, and i lost a lot of cds, because simple kinds of burns that in the past i do perfect know always contain errors, and they cant be readed with my computer.. someone can give me a little help pls??
