I am running XP PRO. Which version of binflash should I download and use?
sin32 , win32 GUI, dos32?
Are there instructions?

I think win32 GUI has a good interface, more simple to use. However I don't think there are any OS limitations.

binflash GUI 1.02 is the most stable
