Hi, I have been converting some home movies and sporting event video into digital format for ease of distribution amongst family members. I have been using the VCD format for compatibility with their old dvd players and smaller file size as I have yet to get a DVD burner (holding out for a NEC 3500). My question is this: once I get the DVD burner can I continue to use the VCD format and make one DVD with a lot of VCD format files on it for use with their old standalone players? Any help/recommendations are appreciated.
