Has anyone noticed that there seems to be issues with CloneCD and ATA100 controllers? My Epox 8k7a+ gives me nothing but headaches with CloneCD. Aslo, I have a Micron PC at work using the D815EEA motherboard with ATA100 onboard and it has similar problems as well. I purchased a low cost SIIG EIDE PCI controller to see if it help solve this problem. Has anyone else run into this?

my plex 16x works fine with my 8k7A+

HOw about some details on this? What are your driver versions, CloneCD versions, and config?

okay.......

latest version of clonecd, latest via busmaster drivers, and my Plex is a master on its own channel on the normal IDE controller of the motherboard. (NOT the RAID controller. I reserve the RAID controller for Hard Disk Drives, and you should too. I believe the newest bios includes the updated bios of the HighPoint RAID controller that will not let you use ATAPI drives or anything on the RAID channel, only hard disks).
