Does Clone cd helps in breaking the protection or is there any method or software to break copy write protection!

Help!!!

yes razor, clone is probably the best at making copies of protected cds. it works best for new users in conjunction with clony xxl. clony detects the protection on the cd and passes the copying parameters to clone for the burn. it's almost foolproof.

To answer your question.... No CloneCD will not break the protection. It makes a copy with the protection. In other words the copy you make will have the same protection as the original. The only way to "Break" or alter the protection that I know of, is to get a patch or an .exe file that has been modified. But if you are looking to back up your original software CloneCD is the best.... Like LA told you, if you take some time and read the other posts about CloneCD you will see that it is very powerful, and most questions have been posted at one time or another, and with a bit of reading you will soon be an expert on using CloneCD... LOL.... Good luck...

Hi Razor911

You must practise what you preach.

Your quick to tell others to read help files and the forum etc. To find keygens and stuff you will have to join another forum.

This one is for honest people willing to share their knowledge and pay for the software they use.

May you burn plenty coasters in the days to come.

Well said MP3Mogul and nkwe like you said this is not a W.a.r.e.z site it is to help people who are having problems with making a genuine copy of a program that they legally purchessed not for the dick-heads that keep the prices of software high because they like to copy them and sell them to people just to earn money for themselves instead of buying a program if it is worth buying because they are not intelligent enough to write them for themselves so they have to steal other peoples work to get them what they need! Whatever that is ! I have been around the copying Scene for a long time and when I saw the User name I knew what the pillock was at as anyone else would know that the real Razor would not ask such stupid questions as this one as asked the Real Razor already knows most than all of us about copying games !!! With a bit of luck his mummy will see what rubbish he is posting and send him to bed with no supper !!!

All respect intended, but I do not see where he has asked to copy someone elses software. He simply asked if CloneCD was able to remove protection. If I own a software title and was able to remove the protection I might want to do that to make it easier for me to back up, or play. Maybe I missed something, or you guys know this bloke, but I don't see where this all came from. As forreading the forum, this was such a basic question that I assume he has little experiance with CloneCD and could benifit greatly by simply reading a few posts. Then if he has questions, feel free to ask......

"CLONE CD DOES NOT DO ANY GOOD?"

You Must be a little off?? Clone CD is awesome, and continues to lead the pack at making backup copies of our CD's. I have tried just about everything out there, and nothing rivals CloneCD. Sure the new version has basically a new user Wizard Type of interface, but it's editable, and the software is out of this world!

EXCUSE ME!!![:0]

What I Meant by break copy write protection of my cd is actually making beckup copies of it. I made it clearer by this:
quote:
copy write protection on my original cds is preventing me from making backup copies.
Only if you had read this post well and not preached about reading the previous ones!!!.
I think I should have held the shift key while typing BACKUP!!!

And about the audio cd thing, that was a mistake i did and but now i am aware of it and i take care. But in that post after everybody bashed me up I finally gave up and ended posting in that topic. Now if you see my post, it only helps others and i take care that no such nuisance in created again.

You talk about previous posts Mr. Laffin Assassin? Does that mean that every time I will ask for help you are gonna make a special post about the audio cd post i gave and make it difficult for me to get answers to my question as i will have to answer to the others?

Laffin Assassin, you say u are dead against piracy, then why did you not delete that audio cd topic of mine?, all it does is sets bad example to newer members.

Does this post say that i want to make illegal copies or do a pirate activity???[?]If you still want to preach to me about my last posts PAPA then please give a prior notice that I am not entitled to further help else dont post unnecessary posts.
