Not sure what you are asking, but if you are asking which drive to buy, I would go with the liteon. But why the 16x? I would go to a faster drive. You need to put more info in your questions. You might have been asking which drive is better, or which one to use for a project because you have both.

is there faster dvd-rom ?? the max is 16/48 [dvd/dcrom] ......

You didn't mention in your original post whether you meant a DVDrom drive or a CDRW drive.
As it is a DVDrom drive you are talking about, the answer is still the same in my opinion - LiteOn :)

Acer/Benq 16x dvd is a good drive . Liteon 16x dvd reads back cdr written at 32-40x very slowly. So if you have a 32 or 40x burner or might be getting one in the future you might want to go with the Acer/Benq instead of the liteon .
