At work I have a PC with CDROM, no CDRW.

So, I installed the UDF reading drivers and it can read my CDRW created by InCD - fantastic.

Now, at home I have the CDRW and a CDROM. The CDROM will not read CDRW disks.

Can I install the UDF reading drivers without affecting the the way the burner works either with InCD or Nero?

Yes. But the driver installs with InCD.

More than likely you have an OLD CDROM drive at home, that does not support MultiRead Standard, and so can not read CDRW media.

To test, write to a CDRW media using Nero, not InCD, and see if the CDROM can see it, if it can not, then it's not an issue with InCD UDF reader, but the drives capabilities.
