I used TMPGen to make avi>mpeg
These were the settings to make wide screen viewing (pal) with nero

Settings:

Video:
size: 352x288
Aspect ratio: 4:3
Frame rate: 25

Advanced:
Source:4:3pal
Full screen(aspct ratio 2)
576x256

Audio:
4100
224bit

Mpeg vcd system

Then burn with nero in pal

By using these settings , Nero was able to make the wide screen view on my tv
