my pc shut down and will not restart . it is six yrs old and has been hot and had a lot dust in it . is there a way to get it started ? the monitor stays on a few seconds and no signal and goes off before i can do anything with the keyboard .

Your power supply is probably burned out... I suggest getting a new one.  If you don't know how to do it, take your PC to a shop.

Open the computer panel cover and remove and plug the SATA or IDE connector from motherboard to hard-disk also same step to smps. then try to reboot.

Hello Friend...


My opinion is open your pc's CPU and remove your RAM and clean to RAM jacksocket and after attached to RAM....
