I download a lot of garbage that takes up all the bandwidt all day which bugs everyone else in my house, is there a program that will divert most of the bandwidth to everyone else and just leave me the extra for downloading? I use a DSL router.

I'm not aware of any consumer based packet/traffic shaping products. For the average home user, you may want to do your downloading through a BitTorrent client (assuming that what you are after is available via a torrent).

okay, I'm a littlw wiser now, so lets hear it! It dosen't need to be comsumer, but whats a program that will do that, it's okay if it's only for businesses. Also I know what a bittorrent client is "and your right they are all torrents"
