I have installed this program I paid for and it keeps crashing. I can start the program and when I try to do anything with it like look at the DVD media info or anything it crashes.
I am on Vista Ultimate 32bit and get this error message:

Anybody here have any ideas as I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no result, same problem.
Is this program a dud, who do I speak to get my money back??????????

Try downloading the latest version, 4.75.... and the software is licensed by donation only.  Doubt you can get a refund.

What kind of DVD burner do you have?  What kind of media are you using?

Thanks for the reply. Even when I try to do program updates from within the interface it crashes with a MFC C++ Application has stopped working error.
What a dud!!
I take it you mean uninstall and reinstall?
