need help finding diagrams/instructions on disassembling my v9 ps2. have a dsm3 on the way and the only instructions i've found are for soldering the chip, not disassembling the ps2. if some of you could post some links it'd be much appreciated. thanks.

try looking on sites that sell mod chips. go on yahoo and search mod chips and look on sites and most of them show with diagrams

Those guides only go up to V6. I too need a guide for a V9 . I decided to get the DMS3 V9 instead of the messiah. Looks like like the DMS3 gots no cometition.
