Yes, you'll need something like WinImage though.  This works for the retail Ghost (tested with v2003) and the corporate 8.x floppy installs.  What you need to do is:

1. Open WinImage and make an image of the first floppy.
   
2. Resize the floppy profile from 1.44MB to 2.88MB.
   
3. Swap floppy disks and copy the a:\ghost\ghost.exe to the ghost folder in WinImage.
   
4. Save as an uncompressed .IMA file.  I don't think programs like Nero or Roxio support the compressed .IMZ files.
   
5. Launch Nero or Roxio and use a bootable CD or DVD profile.
   
6. Under the properties there should be a place to select the boot image file (your .IMA file).
   
7. Don't forget to toggle the image format from 1.44MB to 2.88MB too.

Depending on your BIOS, it may make your CD or DVD drive letter A: or B:, so you might need to go back and tweak the autoexec.bat file in the image file.  So therefore it's best to try with an CD-RW or DVD+/-RW first unless you've got excess write-once discs.

Also if you've got an external Plextor DVD writer or external hard drive, then you'll probably have to do some searching for the "Motto Hairu" USB driver.

Ghost 8.3 is out which lets you make cd images with the ghost boot wizard.
