One thing i defo like about it is it hight  and how the fan is fitted

this alows me to use all ram slots as the fan sits higher the the ram  defo

worth a buy imo

*EDIT* yer they do a pro7 for the 775 major same fan they just add the fixings for the socket :)

No doubt about it there both very good but i cant be sure the Big Typhoon would clear all ram slots
i was going to get a zalman cooler at one point but it takes up 2 ram slots :(  with its big fan

For me the freezer pro is a winner all round and i woudn't hesitate to recomend it to anyone , and i would buy one again

Have a look at a revie or two here's one here

The PRO series is also available for the socket 775. The Freezer 7 PRO will be tested in a another review soon.

k .. thx mate ;)
say .. why wont you do a review or comparison test for about 5-10 dc fans ?

also .. the HSF I have Spire CoolWave III ... seem to got similar spec. to the  Arctic-Cooling Freezer 64 PRO

The Freezer 7 PRO is ready but I will release it next week.

The cooler is very good, it managed to lower the temprature in idle mode approximately close to 9 degrees while under full load 15 degrees!!!!! It is silent and it also helped me to overclock the P4 650 3.4GHz at 4.42GHz, while with the stock cooler I could only go up to 4.25GHz.

but when comparin' it the the big typhoon .... is it better ?

It would be better to read the reviews, as soon as this one of the AC 7 PRO is released, and make your own conclusions.
This I can say for sure is that the AC7 PRO is easiest to be installed.

easier to be installed ? well .. thats a winner !! :) ha ha ..
but accordin to the specs of it .. its very similar to the currant HSF I have at the moment .. so I dont know if it worth it to replace it .. :(

Well, if you leave the PC on during bedtimes, then I would go for an AC cooler. I have the Freezer 64 (not the recent release, but the previous one) and apart from the low noise, it offers some good cooling :) and with the two 12'' fans (intake outtake) the cooling is more than good in my beasts belly ^^ :P
