Nero 6 doesn't like InCD 4.0.121?

Hi! (David?),
I have installed Nero 6.0.0.11 and InCd 4.0.121, in W'98 SE with Plextor 48x24x48A
After many trays (simulation, no-simulation, multisesion no-multi...) and toasters, I found that I can't use Nero to burn normal CD's when InCD is installed.
(InCD works fine including MRW burning.)
Uninstalling InCD, Nero burns O.K.
Any solution?
