Can anyone help me? I have a HP Deskjet 3650 printer and everytime I push the power button it doesnt power on. Every now and then the light will flash at me a few times before turning off again. And as I still cant read cds on my computer (refer problem with lite on sohw 1653s), I cant reinstall the printer either. If anyone can give me some suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated.

The printer working properly on a different PC? If yes then something is going wrong with your system, and since you have also problems with your drive, if I were you I would try a new OS installation.
