ND-6650
This slim lightweight package for demanding laptops packs quite a punch.
DVD and CD burner for the latest generation of laptops must meet several requirements. Of greatest priority is a high level of write and read performance for DVDs and CDs. Next, and equally vital, are minimal space requirements and net weight. Our ND-6650 meets the requirements of both laptop manufacturers and users alike: With a minimal form factor, a height of only 12.7 mm and a feather-light weight of a mere 190 g, its impressive performance numbers match this compactness, with DVD read speeds of 8x and CD read speeds touching 24x.
Its write performance proves to be equally impressive: Users can expect write speeds of up to 8x for the DVD-R/DVD+R formats, up to 6x for DVD-RW and up to 8x for DVD+RW. The components of this burner bear the label ?lead-free? and thus already meet recycling standards that will come into effect on January 1, 2006.

This information was gathered from the frontpage of
www.cdrinfo.com I was wondering if we can begin a project that includes upgrading our ND-6450A , ND-6500A to a ND-6650A.
First thing that we need is firmware of the ND-6650A after that we can try, but on our own risk.
If someone has the ND-6650A, can you post it here on the forum or email it to me?
