have a HP notebook.

i flashed this cd r/ dvdrom drive.
with a firmware version update and rpc 1.

when i check out information via discinfo.exe
it says it in unlocked.

i have hardly used the drive to view dvds.

however, not when i go to device manager in windows xp home sp2
it says the drive has only one (1) region change remaining.

is there a problem brewing for me?
