Anybody around using CD Mate?
Any experiences compared with Nero, WinOnCD or others?

i use it. it's not bad at all. it does multisessions well and will also copy protected cds like clone except instead of settings you choose a profile for the protection. i really haven't tried the audio because i generally use feurio for that. also a vcd/svcd module is due out soon. it's only $25 and you can try it for 30 days. it doesn't add anything to your system files so it uninstalls clean if you don't like it.

essentially it is. their goal is for it to be the only burning software you ever need. i know the multisession feature is better than nero and that's what i need most often.

The official download site is:

But it's rather slow, so you might be better off with CDRTIMES:

http://www.cdrtimes.net/

And click on their download page.

My own opinion on CDMate?
Now still a bit buggy but already very good in copy protected stuff.
For normal audio/data compiling is a bit basic but ok.
It's developing fast and might turn out to be a name to reckon with.
Would be nice!
