Hello I am trying to update the firmware for a Micro Advantage purchased from Office Max about 2 years ago. The modle is: 16ddvdrw-a13 any help please.

Welcome onephoto2... You may need to google your drive to find out who actually made it for one of the IO Magic or whatever OfficeMax specials... Once you know that, a search on The Firmware Page may help you find a firmware update for your drive.
