hi can anyone instruct me on installing usb2 at  the moment i have usb1,which means i can only copy dvds at 4x  speed cheers

what's your OS? Does your motherboard supports USB2.0?
If not then you'll need a new bios.

You probably want to pick up a Belkin USB2 PCI adapter.

It's EXTREMELY easy.  You'll just remove the cover from your computer, install the card in an empty slot, then you'll reboot and install the software for it.  More than likely, WinXP will recognize it and install it for you, but it will come with a disc.  Very Very Easy to do.

whrn you say remove the cover is that the back cover and what about the existing usb 1.1 do they remain there or get removed cheers

It will be a side cover that removes, that gives you access to the motherboard, and yes the 1.1 stays there...it's built onto the motherboard
