What info would I need to get to you?
Is it info I can pull from the program?
Or do you need a firmware from the drive?
Let me know and I can get it to you.
------------------------------------------------------
Is it at all possible that it could use the same
command set as used by the Philips and/or BenQ drives?
Do they use the same set? or are they different?
I've sent the manufacturer a letter and I'll see what kind
of response I get.
This drive has almost no information on it, and I tried your
DVDInfoPro 2.99 to access Bitset capabilities, and it worked
fine with no problem whatsoever, Program recognized the
drive with no issue and I was able to set the drive defaults
to DVD-ROM format, which was definitely a bonus!
that is very likely, ok, send me a snapshot of the bitsetting dialog, as there are many, once I determine which one it is responding to, then maybe it will respond to pi/po too. I can add the id string in and see if it works,
Send me.
1 snapshot of bitset dialog.
2. log file from dvdinfopro directory
3. drive id string as displayed
Other wise we will need commands which can only come from the manufacturer, unless someone can get me a drive and I will see what can be done.
cheers
