ok heres a tough one, creating svcds from vcdeasy and trying to burn to 99 min media. cdrdao which is there bundled burning software has no info on overburning. and yes i can overburn on 99 min test on audio so the writer is physically capable of the task, just need a new program or a way to tweak this one Thanks for the help guys.

Try NERO is should do what you need.

Nero 5.5 is the program you need for this, burned many vcd's on nero , burned up to 96 mins of vcd on infinity 99min with an LG 16x10x40 burner and maxed out at 878 mb of data also on 99 min with nero.
