here is a problem.

I just downloaded the latest INCD upgrade from nero ( 4.0.5.6 ) ... it installed fine and asked me to reboot.

Once I restarted the computer a pop up window appeared ans it said it could not start incd.exe????

I don't know what the problem could be since i followed the instalation carefully and everything else on the nero 6 package is working fine. I think I must have re-started my pc a few dozen times already to no avail...

I'm running on

Athlon XP 2600
windows xp home ed
HP DVD Writer 300n
Hi-Lite DVD-rom GDR8161b

PLease help!!!

Hello,

It is a pop up erroe message that comes up everytime I turn on the system.

the message says:

Can't connect with system file. INCD application/service can't be executed.

I hope this is of any help.

Ah, interesting this is an issue our team is hunting for a long time without been able to reproduce! Would you kindly send me the 2 incd log files (error.log and srverror.log) and nero infotool result (infotool.txt)? (My e-mail is dburg@nero.com )
