Due toi the way I designed this section a couple of years ago, you must go through the "main door" in order to have the link working.
In fact you must also enable session cookies in your browser. (They are not stored on our PC.)

Please go to the FAQ section first. Next click on the LG topic and then at the particulr link. It should work OK this way.

We are under full speed redesigning this (and other parts of our site as well).
