Does Via VT82C 693 A support Single or Double sided ?

I know my PIII 733 6VXE7+ mainboard IS old, but I still want to upgrade it with 3 x 256 MB PC133 SDRAM.

I am aware that the Via Apollo Pro Plus Chipset (VT82C 693 A) supports PC133 SDRAM, but does the chipset support Single or Double sided SDRAM or both ?

I have had mixed answers from retailers wanting to sell me their SDRAM and there is a BIG price difference between SS and DS.

Data of my GA-6VXE7+

CPU: PIII 733 MHz Socket 370
FSB: 133 Mz
BIOS: F3 (latest Fa available)

The Crucial selector gave the same for this, as it did for my old GA-7IXE4 - which I know requires double sided 256's - so on that, I'd say it's double sided

I also posted this question in 2 areas of the ViArena, but go no replies as yet.

It was only on a long shot that I posted it here and you came through.

Now all I need to do is break open the piggy bank or sell and arm and a leg.
