has anyone ever copied a CDR at 24X and your audio player still managed to play the music?? cause i was told by my friend that if he uses his Acer 4x4x32x to burn an audio CD at 4X his hi-fi can't play the CD-R properly. Is is a writing speed issue or his hi-fi audio player issue?? because the lite-on 24102b lowest cdr speed is only 8X. does this means that i will run into problem with playing audio cd-r written at 8x????

or should i get a liteon 16102b instead since it can do 4x and 2x. 2x is what my friend recommended for audio writing speed.

the writing speed should have no influence on the play-back-abillity of the media. That must be a hardware problem.
