Got tired of incd crashing on bootup, so I installed the newest version of directcd with all the patches. Everything worked ok, unitl I wrote a few directories and then went to delete a directory. The directory contained about 50 files, but instead of disappearing upon deletion, i received an error message: "Cannot remove folder [foldernamehere]: the directory is not empty." By clicking on the folder, i realized that directcd forgot to delete the first file in the directory. I attempted deleting this file manually (which seemed to work), but as soon as I tried to delete the directory, I got the same error message. By looking at the directory contents, the single file (previously deleted) miraculously was back. I've tried reinserting the cd, but same problem every time. Anybody have any ideas on how I can solve this problem (without the obvious reformatting of the CD)? I'm using a Plextor 12/10/32A with TayoYuden 10X CDRW, WinXP Pro SP1, 512RAM, Abit BX133-RAID mobo, Quantum 60GB RAID-0.
