Ok this is strange. I have saved several files to cdrw using InCD and now it just seems to not want to work. I highlight the file and then hit send to "InCD drive E" I then check the cd and all that was saved is a shortcut to the file. What am I doing wrong?

Is the InCD disc mounted (green arrow on the InCD icon)? Can you copy a file from your HDD to this disc? If yes, this is not an InCD problem. I never use "Send to...", so I'm not sure how it is supposed to work. You didn't say where the highlited file resided; if on the InCD disc, maybe you just created a shortcut.

KCK the file is in "my downloads" it is a game install. How can I save it to the cd other than "send to"?

*EDIT* OK I just tried to drag and drop, but it still just copies the file as a shortcut. I tried to unzip the file and save each individual file, but could only save the "readme". All the .exe files just copy to the cd as shortcuts. What am I missing?

*EDIT2* Disregard. I am a fool. I just used nero and burnt the game to a disk. File was probably just too big for my rw and that is why it only copied the shortcut. Who knows, but I now have the game on CD. Sorry to waste your time and take up board space. :(
