Logitech Buys Saitek For $13 Million
Logitech has acquired Saitek brand and the Saitek line of flight, farm and space simulation game controllers.
Saitek develops dedicated controllers mainly designed for
simulation games (driving, flying or exploring space).
Logitech already makes gaming wheels for the driving simulation market and plans integrate the Saitek products into their overall Logitech G portfolio.
Mad Catz Interactive, which previously owned the Saitek brand and the Saitek line of flight and space simulation game controller assets, will receive $13 million in cash from Logitech.
