Dell has extended its flagship ProSupport Plus support service to PCs and tablets with the SupportAssist technology, which offers proactive and predictive automated support for issue prevention and resolution for end-user systems.
ProSupport Plus for PCs and tablets offers in-region 24x7 priority access to ProSupport engineers. Dell's SupportAssist monitoring technology offers proactive and predictive automated support. In addition, the program offers
self-service case management and parts dispatch via Dell’s TechDirect portal, mobile application or API. It also covers incidents such as drops, spills and electrical surges. Dell says data control is ensured by hard drive retention after replacement.
