- Retail package

The retail package of the Scythe Shuriken is really small.

Inside the package you will find an installation guide and mounting mechanism for Socket 775 and AMD compatible motherboards. The installation clip for the Socket 775 is really easy to mount/un-mount.

A 100mm low profile fan with PWM function (650±200rpm ~ 2200rpm) is placed on the top side of the cooler. The Scythe Shuriken weighs just 355 grams and features three 6mm diameter copper heatpipes.

The base has been stamped from a polished sheet of 2mm thick copper and nickel.

- Installation

No problems here, since the included clips just sit on the motherboard's surface. Just apply some pressure and when you hear the "click", everything is fastened and ready to use.

The cpu cooler is really small and should work with most of the currently sold motherboards.
