For our tests we used a modern based PC system, based upon AMD Ryzen 5. Testing PSU is not something easy, we used the user side, meaning we gave to our system enough load either through extensive CPU+3D usage via 3D Mark Vantage and PC Mark Vantage. The following table lists the industry wide specifications for DC Output Voltage Regulation.

After running both benchmarks, the monitored outputs showed us how much stress the PSU has taken. A summary of the results can be found at the following table:

Minimum
Maximum
+3.3 V
V
3,29
3,35
+5 V
V
4,97
5,12
+12 V
V
11,94
12,12

The results are good since are within the standard range and we didn't notice any issue with our long period of testing.

- Conslusion

The be quiet! straight power 11 650Watt power supply is a very good product with excellent build quality that aims for middle sized users, meaning single graphics card with no overclocking. The product has very low noise, due to its internal design and the use of the 135mm included fan (be quiet! Silent Wings 3 fan) that has an optimized fan blade design along with an advanced fluid-dynamic bearing and 6-pole fan motor that largely eliminates operational noise. The modular design also proved very efficient with very long cables, meaning you won’t have any problems building up a new system, or simply upgrading your old one.
