AOpen's DSW2012P 20X DVD burner
AOpen Europe introduced a new half-height optical disc drive, the DSW2012P.
The DVD/CD drive reads and writes DVD±R/RW, DVD±R DL, DVD-RAM and CD-R/RW formats at speeds of up to 20x.
Specifically, the new burner supports 20x burning with DVD+R/-R, 12x DVD RAM, 8x DVD±R DL (Double/Dual Layer) and CD-R/RW. The unit also burns DVD+RW at 8x, DVD-RW at 6x, CD-R at 48x and CD-RW at 32x and offers a 2MB buffer memory.
The DSW2012P's also features a silent-running technology that keeps noise in the workplace to a minimum while burning discs.
The DSW2012P incorporates Auto Balance System (ABS) for decreased disc vibration at high burning speeds, Noise Control System (NCS) that minimizes noise levels and Running Optimum Power Control (ROPC) for high precision laser power control.
Furthermore, AOpen's DSW2012P is supplied with 2 extra front bezels in beige and black to match any PC housing.
