NZXT has addressed these problems with their latest midtower, the Tempest. Dubbed "Airflow King", this case has a fully vented bezel, dual 120mm front intake fans, dual 140mm blowhole fans, plus 120mm window and rear fans. Sounds like plenty of ventilation, but will it sound like the next Hurricane Katrina has arrived? Read on to see!

RocketRAID 2302 is one of the simplest RAID controllers from HighPoint, featuring two internal SATA-300 ports and two external eSATA-300 ports, supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and JBOD. With several motherboards coming with RAID capability why should someone spend USD 120 to have an add-on RAID controller? That is the question we will try to answer in this review.

Apevia comes to us today with a checkered history among those who know about power supplies. Today, I am looking at the Warlock Power 900W unit, which promises to change people's minds about Apevia; offering plenty of power for today's high end systems. Will it prevail in its quest to improve Apevia's image? You be the judge.

So why not just get two 3870s and rub a little CrossFire into your box? There are two reasons, really. For most people, that's just not an option. Dual-PCI-Express can easily tag a Benjamin onto the price of a motherboard, and, in Micro-ATX land, it's a mythical beast that visits overclockers in their dreams. And there's another thing: regular 3870s get the lower-binned GPUs--the faster-clocking chips go into the X2s. But, lastly, the 3870 promises something else: tri- and quad-CrossFireX. But that begs the initial question: now that the release is behind us, how much awesome stuck to the HD 3870 X2, and how much washed away?

Today we are looking at the Belkin Nostromo n52te gaming keypad. The device has 15 buttons plus a D-pad with removable joystick. The n52te is powered by Razer and features backlighting for gaming in the dark. The Belkin Nostromo n52te has a learning curve, but once you get the gamepad set up to your liking and get used to the control layout it is a nice tool for gaming. Personally I will stick to my gaming keyboard, but if you frequent LAN parties the Belkin Nostromo n52te may be exactly what you need.

The PIXMA MX850 is a really good all-in-one printer that offers an exceptional range of features and great overall performance for small and home offices. Its print quality and speed suit small-business environments well, while its premium photo printing engine offers the additional versatility of occasional photo printing. Text was crisp and perfectly legible - almost comparable to laser quality - and photo prints were similarly impressive. However, photos don't have quite the range of hue that 6-colour PIXMAs such as the PIXMA MP970 can produce, and scan quality wasn't up to par. Still, the PIXMA MX850 is one of the best inkjet-based business all-in-ones currently on the market.

In our test the Battle-Axe proved to be a very powerful graphic card cooler, but it doesn't come without a long list of down sides. First of all it's huge. This isn't a problem if the user only has one graphic card and doesn't even plan to get any other cards. Anyway it just leaves a feeling of "couldn't have been made any smaller".

NVIDIA has done very well for itself over the past decade. While most of the world can recognize the chip-maker for its popular GeForce product line, very few might realize that this green-machine also has focus outside of the graphics card industry. Like any company that has mastered its craft, NVIDIA set out to develop a competitive processor design that would change the face of mobile computing. Earlier this year NVIDIA announced that they were ready to product the APX 2500 application processor for a new line of handheld mobile Internet devices, but then very little actually materialized. Back with what might be considered a re-launch, NVIDIA launches the Tegra 650 and 600 mobile processors.

Today we have one of the latest ROG boards to come from ASUS, this particular board based on the new X48 Express chipset. It packs in as many features as you can possibly imagine, so with little time to spare let's see how it stacks up. Today we have the ASUS Rampage Formula up against the Maximus Extreme and X38-DQ6 motherboards. The X38-DQ6 supports DDR2 while the Maximus Extreme uses DDR3 memory.

The Sugo SG02-F is described as their most affordable case yet and it offers an improved layout over the original SG01. Unlike the revolutionary differences between the SG01 and SG03, the SG02-F is just an evolution of the SG01 design with expanded support for graphics cards and is composed of a steel body. Thanks to these design improvements, this SFF case is capable of handling long graphics cards such as the NVIDIA Quadro FX 5600 and GeForce 8800 Ultra. The SG02-F is quite similar to the original SG02 except for turning from aluminum to steel construction and some other enhancements. With a price tag under $80 USD, does this case still deliver on the features and exceptional build quality we have become to know and love from this high-end manufacturer or have they cut too many corners to achieve this pricing?

The Xonar D2X sound card from ASUS is their top line sound card. Based of the design of the D2, the D2X is out with the old and in with the new. ASUS has updated some of the components on the board, and changed the interface. The AV200 HD audio processor is still there, which means that this card supports most every audio acronym under the sun. However the D2X uses the PCI Express bus, which is a huge differentiation from the many other PCI based cards on the market.

While new AMD cards are around the corner, AMD-only partners continue to release new HD 3870 models. One particular AMD partner is Sapphire who has always been pretty much on the ball when it comes to stand-out models. With our passively cooled Ultimate Sapphire HD 3870 in hand, let's see how the card is fairing against the 9600GT in both stock and overclocked form. If there's a card to beat at the moment, it's the 9600GT.

Palit maintains dual Dual-Link DVI outputs on GeForce 9600 GT Sonic, further extending the usability of this graphics card. All four outputs support 40-bit HDCP and the DisplayPort output also supports 128-bit AES DPCP. Benchmark Reviews tests the Palit NE/960TSX0202 GeForce 9600 GT 1GB Sonic video card against a wide variety of Geforce products in this product review.
