Like the Stealths, the EP-630s are in-ear headphones - they don't just sit in your ears, they push right into your ear. There are two major advantages to this type of design, first up is that they don't tend to fall out of your ears when you're jogging like standard ear-bud type headphones do. But more important is that with the headphones pushed deep into your ears, you cut out almost all the background noise...

This unit sits on the third rung of the X-Fi ladder just below the top-of-the-range Elite Pro version. Weighing in at around £170 it's not exactly cheap but then again this promises to be no ordinary sound card. Professional gamer Johnathan 'Fatal1ty' Wendel has leant his name to a number of computer products over the last 16 months and this sound card is the latest to grace his hallmark. Creative assured members of the press that he didn't just lend his name but had active involvement in the development of the sound card...

Creative has produced an excellent set of noise cancelling headphones at a very attractive price. Sound fidelity isn't perfect, but in a noisy environment you'll forgive the slightly narrow sound envelop for the ability to hear your music in the first place. With two members of the TrustedReviews team ready to put their cash on the table for these headphones, you know that Creative has got it right...

The Creative Nano packs a ton of features in an incredibly tiny MP3 player. Creative included everything in the box that you'll need to take this miniscule music toy out for a jog. While you will be stuck using an external battery charger and a mini USB cord to transfer music, these minor inconveniences shouldn't deter most people from considering it a top-of-the-line MP3 player worthy of serious consideration...

Creative has been going strong since the days of ISA sound cards because its family of audio products moves with the times. This is reflected well in the new four-strong range of X-Fi cards of which the leader is the Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro under review. The X-Fi cards span a price range from about £100 to £250, offering enthusiasts add-in alternatives to the on-board audio that is common in many of today's PCs...

The Creative WebCam Live! Motion is an affordable face tracking camera that also sports some fancy features usually seen on more expensive video conferencing cameras. With the ageing Logitech QuickCam Sphere the only relevant competition, Creative should do well...

Not an iPod beater in terms of style or ease of use, but for large hard disk based storage this is a respectable challenger. A colour screen would have been nice and software to truly rival iTunes would have been icing on the cake but this is still a very decent, if unexciting, MP3 player...

The new X-Fi series of sound cards is the fruit and labor of many sound engineers from Creative Technology and all its subsidiaries. Having 51 million transistors crammed on the X-Fi sound chip, its audio processing capabilities are now 24 times greater than any of its Audigy predecessors. With a powerful audio processor, the X-Fi allows the user to tune its vast processing power for three dedicated purposes - Audio Creation mode, Gaming mode and Entertainment mode...

Creative have decided to ditch Microsoft's Portable Media Center initiative along with their operating system for Creative's own in-house operating system, more codec support and a plethora of other features that I'm going to tell you all about in this review. I suggest you pause here, go put the kettle on and then kick back with a nice brew and enjoy as I take you for a wild ride of this year's most anticipated Creative Labs Audio/Video player release...

The portable media player is no longer the revolutionary device it was a year ago when Creative released the Zen PMC. But the new Zen Vision brings to the table some new features. It's smaller and more pocketable and the screen is fantastic! The TV Out works beautifully, and unlike the Zen PMC, it comes with the support for non-Microsoft video codecs like DivX, Xvid and MPEG4. It also comes with a CompactFlash II slot, so you can use it as a digital wallet as well as a portable 30GB hard drive...

As its name suggest, the set is a 5.1 speaker system designed primarily for the PC gamer and offers a claimed 620W of power- that's a lot of wallop for a set this size. It's a no-nonsense affair that only offers analogue input connections, the only nod towards gadgetry being the CMSS 'upmix' option. Fighting through the mass of plastic wrapped cables and speakers reveals five identical satellites (the centre just has the grill badge in a horizontal position and rubber feet) and a very solid sub and amplifier. Speaker grills are removable and are made of metal, rather than the soft fibre variety, which could be beneficial if you're in an environment where small people are likely to poke their fingers into speaker cones...

Creative has never skimped on features but in trying to be all things to all people sometimes gets into difficulties. All flavours of the new cards share the same core X-Fi processor and have common headline features. There's CMSS-3D and 24-bit Crystalizer, which together are referred to as Xtreme Fidelity and then there's EAX Advanced HD 5.0. The two higher-end cards also add X-Ram to the feature list. This is 64MB of on board memory dedicated to audio. This can be likened to local texture memory on a graphics card, enabling developers to place onto the card directly...

Despite the impressive quality captures the just-above average review score reflects the issues that I have with the audio quality and the inherent unpredictability of USB. Restricting video capture to the supplied software is also less than satisfactory. Where the Audigy 2 ZS Video Editor makes sense is if you have a specific set of requirements that necessitates using an external box for audio or video capture from a non-DV camera, (for example if only a laptop is available). If that's the case then the Audigy is a fairly priced solution that gives excellent picture results but with a less convincing audio performance.

The Audigy 4 Pro is a very good all round card with the limitations well-known by now. As an all-in-one solution for DVD viewing, surround sound, heavy gaming and audio applications, it's a respectable conclusion to the Audigy line. The progress in audio quality, while subjective, is also appreciated and this must be the factor against which the extra cost of this card, compared to the older cards, is finally weighed.

Creative's uphill battle for the MP3 player market continues into the realm of micro jukeboxes that are virtually the size of cell phones. The Zen Micro holds key features over Apple iPod mini such as an FM tuner and voice recording, but after having been on the market for three months, the lack of accessories is a concern.
