Since most of use have more or less several requests for Quikee, time to start a new thread:

I would like to be have more colums with Firmware Info and maybe some checkboxes to check if bitsetting supported or not, creating faster firmware comparison pics, saving the comparison list would be ideal, not adding all the firmware from stratch again

Hm.. adding 6500 support is quite tricky :) the firmware size is not 1024000 as in 2500 and 3500 firmwares.. I have to rewrite some sections of the NecDump code to support this correctly.. but I think it's not a problem :)
I think I can't do bitsetting detection yet.. I don't know where this info is stored in the firmware... and there is also auto bitsetting in TDK firmwares.
Saving the comparition list is not a problem.. however.. making comparition pics isn't a easy task.. dumping the info to clipboard is easyer =)

I think you should just add a dropdown box (Yes/No) after each firmware where user can set if the current firmware supports or not bitsetting and as for saving pics, there are many software that can do this so don't waste much time

Quickee there are some problems with NEC Dump 1.2.1 and the windows 6500 4.24 flasher that we posted at the main page, can you check it?

Fixed... I'll release 1.2.2 soon... I have to fix some other bugs. 6500 firmwares are strange. =)

I get a crash when I try to show the DVD Write Speeds on the Dell firmwares for the ND-2100A(D). This is repeatable with the 104E and 106F firmwares (both .exe and .bin formats).

Also something strange to note is that the older 1.2.2 can show the DVD Write Speeds on the 104E but not the 106F. When it does show the DVD Write Speeds on the 104E, it has empty tables. Perhaps the empty tables is causing some problems in your display code?

Not that I'm actually using the Dell crippled firmwares...

Can't seem to download NecDump 1.2.3. Or for that matter, anything else from http://freeweb.siol.net/tvajng/NecDump/ which gave a 404 error.
