is there any way i can burn ps2 on to cd without a mod chip if so what program if not where can i get a good chip

This question has been asked many times before. There is not way to play backup games on PSX or PSX2 without a mod chip of some sort. As to where to get a good chip, I am not sure, I bet if you did a Google search you would find some sights that sell them though.
