I know it's a dunb question but in Europe, Italy, can I read NTSC DVDs on my computer drive (LiteOn 1633)?

Playing an NTSC DVD video when you are in Europe - Italy, well, I don't think that's will be a problem.

DVD-ROM drive and DVD Video playing software don't have the limitation.

Your PC drive can read all the video formats, NTSC, PAL even HDTV.
