hello guys. when i try to burn a cd or dvd using nero i click on add files click next and the box stays greyed out for a few minutes it then spits the cd out and will not burn it i have installed nero twice but still no luck. i have no other cd copying programs installed.
windows xp sp1 p4 3gb i would be very greatful if you guys could help me as im all out of options
