I've ocme across this Cd-RW all speed, but I can't seem to write on it. Is it with my old writer or what? "CD-RW 700MB 80MIN For All Speed"

After writing, there is nothing on the CD. It's as if it was blank.

I searched over some places, but just cant find this RW ALL SPEED disk...are You sure its RW and not only CD-R?
Which writer do you use? Also...you said "after writing the is nothing on CD"...so...where did you burn it ? Nero? And how was the process? Completed without any mistakes or errors listed?

Using CDRIdentifier, it came out with this:

I used Nero, wouldn't work. I also used Blindwrite also. Still no success. Although I'm sure it can be written on, because my friend wrote on it. Maybe it's something with my firmware?

In Nero, the process took a bit longer than usual. I checked the data verification to make sure there was something written in it, and it said "Data Verification Failed."

I probably think it's with my writer. It's a TDK CDRW241040B, which I know is old already.

After the burn, the CD-RW has nothing on it and you can still rewrite without having to erase it.
