So what are you trying to prove ?
All Programs have there problems and most of them are the users who cause them !!!

What a collector of postage stamps trying to prove?

I have a hobby to collect Problems of Nero on the Web.

Is this a crime?

When I try to post nero problems on other websites, they remove my post because they have a cyclopean banner on their page.
So I suppose this forum is free of obligations so I write what I like for.

I think perhaps he works for one of the "Competitors" Why would you "collect" Nero problems? Did they catch you with an illegal copy?

No you can't write what you like, we also have Rules and if you don't follow them I will personally delete all your posts so just use common sense when you post anything and if you follow the rules nothing will be said !!!

I also had problems with Nero 6 which I purchased.
It would lock up my computer.

After several requests to Nero Support, I got no response.
This is what really burned me.

I switched back to Nero 5.5 which works great.

The company's non-response to a purchaser is not a plus IMHO

Legally purchased version. Info tool, if accessed intentionally or accidentally would completely freeze computer. Ctrl Alt Del had no effect. After waiting over one hour the only way to exit the freeze up was to pull the plug. This worked a couple of times, but gave me the Blue Screen of Death the last time. I even tried downloading the updated version - Same effect.

Version 5.5 OEM that came with the Dell Computer works flawlessly.
I don't know what changed in Nero 6, but it sure doesn't like my computer!!

When you upgraded from vv5 to v6 did you uninstall v5 and also delete everything from the registery because that what caused a lot of the problems, people didn't delete all references to v5 before installing v6 that is why Ahead released a registery cleaner to overcome this problem !!!

Also NOTE:

In the 1st post from Jason in the thread:

The guy having the problem, ADMITS that he does NOT have a licensed copy because it comes with the CODECS needed, and his last post he states does anyone know where he can get the CODECS.

I suggest getting a licensed copy, this will resolve the issues!

Make sure you READ your OWN thread links before you post, as this is NOT a Nero problem, just someone that wants something from free, and then wants support when it doesn't work. No WONDER Nero didn't email him back!
