There has been some mixup with the courier company, we should had the drive from last friday but now we will have it tomorrow. So i guess you can count 5+ days for a full review

A new protection for Games is arrived, named Securom New V2. i read rumors, that the Plextor can copy this (but no other writer) and can SD2.5x, too

do you test that?

Where did you find out that only Plextor can copy Securom New V2 [?]

Fellas, I doubt Plex 4812 can do SD2.51+ perfect, sorry

And I think the new SecuROM is based on not subchannel protection now, so I don't see how the Plextor could be the only drive to copy. Keep in mind the accuracy of reading subchannel data by newer Plextor drives is the best around.

There is another new Protection, which can not copied, it calls "ProtectCD 5". Port Royale have this one

So far there is no Protection that can stop you making Back-ups and as soon as something comes out with new protection there is usually someone who knows a way of getting round it within Hours if not Minutes !!!
